Amanda began her career in the entertainment industry at the age of ten when she recorded her first demo with Grammy Award Winning Music Producer, Ian Prince (Quincy Jones, Earth Wind and Fire, Bobby Brown). The pair would go on to co-write and record another three albums together (under the stage name Amanda Blush) the last being an indie rock album entitled Reveries. In 2017 she was awarded a prestigious grant from Creative BC to record an album with Award Winning Music Producer Ovi Bistriceanu (Mia Martina, Massari, French Montana). That year she would also have the opportunity to release a single with Jordan "DJ Swivel" Young (The Chainsmokers, Dua Lipa, Coldplay, Beyonce). The following year she would spend some time in Boston attending Berklee College of Music and honing her theoretical skills. Long time colleague and collaborator Kelly Konno (Janet & Michael Jackson, Prince, Justin Timberlake) extended her generous recommendation and Amanda would later perform that year for Daniel Caesar at The 2018 Juno Awards.

After taking a much needed break, she's set her sights on a new interest but longtime love: Writing. 

She attended the much acclaimed NYU Tisch School of the Arts and completed a course the following year in Vancouver for Cinematography and Film Studies. Since then she has steadily been writing scripts and learning new facets of the film industry.

At the beginning of 2023 Mand began work on her fourth novel. She has also created a diverse portfolio of completed works consisting in part of: four film features, multiple television series both half-hour and one-hour, shorts, and a musical that has steadfast been in development for the past four years.
